Nice to meet you! We have recently become independent from the fruit and vegetable market and opened a select shop (greengrocer) selling carefully selected vegetables and fruits in Kyodo. I would like to make use of my knowledge as a vegetable sommelier and use the unique procurement route (using three markets) that I have cultivated over the years to create a restaurant that customers can enjoy!
