Kou-Zushi

A Sushi restaurant that has been loved by locals since it opened in 1958. Owner visits Toyosu fish market three times a week, stocks fish in the best condition and make great sushi to appreciate. It is a tiny space but it keeps chef’s eyes on each tables and your order comes out at just the right time. Needless to say that the wild tuna is tasty, and also other simmered and marinated dishes are recommendations.
